**Manufacturer's Retail Discount Protection Program ends December 1, 2010 and applies only to Eligible Products purchased during the Offer Period. If (between August 14, 2010 and December 1, 2010) Honda Canada advertises a greater manufacturer's retail discount on an Eligible Product that was purchased during the Offer Period, then Honda Canada will pay the difference between the higher advertised manufacturer's retail discount and the actual manufacturer's retail discount received at the time the Eligible Product was purchased.
